I'm a BS Economics graduate from GCUF, currently working as an Office Clerk at State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan — where I don't just manage records, I build the tools to manage them better. Two internal web productivity applications I designed and deployed from scratch are already in daily use at my office. A third is in development on direct request from my area manager.

My academic foundation is in econometrics, monetary economics, and development policy. My final-year thesis examines how R&D investment and absorptive capacity shape innovation outcomes in Pakistani enterprises — pursued through Probit regression modelling on 696 firms from the World Bank Enterprise Survey.

R&D investment alone yields statistically insignificant innovation outcomes. Returns become significant only when moderated by employee training (β = 0.130, p < 0.01) and process upgrades (β = 0.230, p < 0.01) — demonstrating that human capital and operational readiness are co-requisites, not optional additions, for R&D-driven innovation in Pakistani enterprises.
